WHITE PEPPER (Piper nigrum)
White pepper is made from the peppercorn that picked at full ripeness. Those berries are soaked in water to ferment. After ferment, only the inner seed remain. Then the inner seed is dried to produce white pepper which uses as a spice. The main difference between the black pepper and white pepper is the way of processing. Black pepper is with the outer layer of the berry and White pepper is without the outer layer of the berry.
